The three routes head south to junction with U.S. Route 70 and Interstate 75 (I-75) in Lenoir City. They then continue southeast to junction with US Route 11 (US-11) in Lenoir City. SR-95 leaves US-321 and SR-73 south of Lenoir City, The now two routes head east into Blount County passing just south of Friendsville. On the edge of Maryville the routes have a short concurrency with SR-335 and junction with US Route 129 (US-129), in downtown the junction with US Route 411 (US-411) and SR-33. The routes then proceed out of Maryville and junction with the Foothills Parkway western section in Walland, turns south then back east to Townsend where the routes junction with Scenic SR-73. US-321 and mainline SR-73 turn north and Scenic 73 heads east into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The routes then continue northeasterly through Wears Valley to Pigeon Forge where they turn south onto US Route 441 and run concurrent for 8.5 miles to Gatlinburg(Just before Gatlinburg they have an interchange with Gatlinburg Bypass) where SR-73 and US-321 turn east and US-441 head south. . They then absorb and begin a concurrency with SR-32 in Cosby and junction with the Foothills Parkway east.
